The Metro’s sole purpose is to meet the needs of its clients, personalizing each event to their unique taste. We truly love curating events artistically saturated with the essence of our couples.
Once a client has inquired about our services, we schedule a showing at The Metro for the couple to tour the facility and answer any initial questions. We then give the client a copy of the “Client Questionnaire”. This helps us get to know the bride and groom and their vision for their Wedding Day. We get to know important aspects that are important to you as a couple and will assist us in making your day unforgettable. Upon completion of the questionnaire, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to review the questionnaire and finalize a wedding date at The Metro. At this time, a standard deposit of $1,000 is due to secure the date and venue.
Rental of the facility includes:
Both the Crystal Dining Room and Grand Ballroom. Bridal Suite/Groom’s Room are complimentary and include light catering and bottled water. *All Rental Items MUST be made through THE METRO RENTAL CENTER
* The first deposit when reserving The Metro is $1,000. Full Venue Rental Payment must be received 30 days prior to event date. *All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

Affordable Outdoor Weddings
With three nearby public parks available for rent–Owen, Wilson, and Phoenix–you can stage the wedding of your dreams in the heart of downtown Eau Claire, for a fraction of the cost of “hosted” outdoor venues. What’s more, when you book your wedding with The Metro, we’ll be available for you to move your ceremony indoors if the weather doesn’t cooperate.
